Paul has been involved with recruitment and property management for more than 10 years. His interest in recruitment stemmed from his experience as a Life and Business Coach following his return from a successful corporate career in the USA. He found that one of the common goals his clients were setting were career related so he decided to add recruitment to his skill set.
Initially he started as a Recruitment Consultant working for a small recruitment firm but soon moved on to establish his own recruitment firm in Brisbane which he ran for 3 years, after which he sold his business and moved into an Executive Recruitment role with KPMG and later as Head of Sales for Revellian (a supplier of psychometric assessments for employers to use in the recruitment process).
After gaining this experience in all facets of recruitment from recruiting for his own business, on contract for other businesses and with the assessment industry he founded CareerControl, a business dedicated to assisting candidates navigate the recruitment industry and to take personal responsibility for their career moves.
At the same time his business coaching background exposed him to several real estate and property management firms and he found success assisting these firms, some to extraordinary growth results.
